FAQ

Good to know

What is a credit?

One credit buys one message to Printher SI. You buy credits with $PRINT on Ethereum Mainnet; the contract records them against your address, and each message you send uses one. A reply that fails, or that Printher SI declines, gives the credit back.

Where does my $PRINT go?

Part of every purchase goes to the Printher Vault and is streamed to $PRINT stakers over 7 days; the rest goes to the compute treasury that pays for the model. The card shows the exact split, read from the contract. Stakers always get at least 20%. Holding $PRINT without staking it doesn't earn a share.

Why two transactions to buy?

$PRINT is a plain ERC-20, so the Credits contract can only take the exact amount you approve. Buying is two transactions: approve that amount, then buy. If you have already approved enough, it is one. Both cost a little ETH for gas.

What am I signing?

To start a chat session you sign a short text message that names your address and an expiry (24 hours at most). It is free: no gas, no transaction, no token approval. It only proves to the gateway that the credits are yours.

Are my chats stored?

Your messages pass through the Printher gateway to the LLM provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. The gateway keeps a count of used credits, not your conversations. Your chat history stays in this browser tab and is cleared when you close it. Don't paste private keys or seed phrases, ever.

Can it give trading advice?

No. Printher SI explains how things work but won't predict prices or tell you what to buy or sell. It can't see your wallet or send transactions. Nothing here is financial advice.
